CNC Turner Setter​/Operator

Position: CNC Turner Setter/Operator (Permanent)
CNC Turner / Setter / Operator - Devizes
Salary: £35-40K DOE including allowance | Permanent | 39 hrs/week

Join a market-leading engineering company with over 80 years' experience and a global client base! We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to operate lathes and produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes (Doosan & Alpha) with Fanuc controls.
Produce precision components to drawing specifications.
Complete all documentation and update ERP systems.
Perform daily machine checks and report any issues.
Support lean manufacturing practices and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Requirements:

Experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Machinist in a high-precision environment.
Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC controls preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn unique EDM processes (training provided).

Day shift Mon-Fri
Post-training:
Rotating double day shifts:
Earlies: 6:00-14:30 Mon-Thu, 6:00-11:00 Fri
Lates: 14:30-23:00 Mon-Thu, 11:00-16:00 Fri Benefits:
