This could be your perfect next step.

A large purpose-driven organisation working across communities in the South and South West is looking for a People & Systems Coordinator to join their friendly, values-led People Operations team.

Why this role matters

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the People function. You'll support colleagues, managers and internal teams while keeping processes, data and systems ticking along seamlessly. Every day is different, but you can expect to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for People enquiries
  • Deliver transactional HR processes including contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, DBS checks, secondments and offboarding
  • Maintain HR and employee data with accuracy, compliance and care
  • Support HRIS administration, user guides and documentation
  • Keep systems updated and support upgrades, changes and testing
  • Work closely with Payroll, Workforce Management and IT teams
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to digital change
  • Help embed great people practices and a positive employee experience
Who we're looking for

Someone who:

  • Enjoys being the "go-to" person for queries and solutions
  • Thrives in a busy, varied role with lots of moving parts
  • Is organised, proactive and happy managing deadlines
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across all formats
  • Has a natural interest in systems, data and smarter ways of working
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Strong experience in HR operations and administration
  • Confident managing confidential data and GDPR
  • Great HR systems capability (Dayforce experience is a strong advantage)
  • Additional experience with Service Now, Power Apps or Power BI welcome
What you'll get in return
  • A values-led organisation making a meaningful impact in communities
  • Hybrid working and flexibility
  • Supportive colleagues who care about what they do
  • Opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to project work
  • A benefits package designed around wellbeing and balance
