As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills – to name but a few! You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they feel most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life‑changing decisions, a humbling and incredibly rewarding part of the role.

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid PIN, and a commitment to the NMC standards. You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, role‑model professional behaviours, advocate a person‑centred approach to care, and recognise safeguarding concerns.

You will attend safeguarding training and additional training as required, seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
