Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Primary Care Liaison Service, Devizes, UK, £26.28 per hour, Hourly. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on working patterns. Ongoing contract.

This is an exhilarating opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Primary Care Liaison Service in Devizes. Your role will support individuals over the age of 18 who access support through primary care, helping them to define achievable goals and connect with local community resources.

What you will do:

• Support those with mental health needs who do not meet access criteria for IAPT or secondary care
• Assist individuals with serious or significant mental illnesses in recovery services, transitioning them to primary care when stable
• Guide individuals diagnosed with, or presenting with traits of, personality disorder to appropriate services
• Support younger adults transitioning from children’s to adult services
• Aid in the management of older adults with complex issues
• Serve as the first point of contact within primary care settings

Requirements:

• NMC Registered
• Degree/Equivalent in mental health nursing
• Previous/current experience working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN/CPN in the UK
