Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Assistant Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practices, Dental Beauty Bedfont & Northfields. This is a great opportunity to support in leading our practice teams in West London, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Adam Silan.

Dental Beauty Bedfont & Northfields are award-winning practices offering a wide range of mixed dental & aesthetic treatments. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.

Compensation: £35,000 – £40,000 / year

• Supporting with the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice – with a focus on patient safety at all times
• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Supporting with hitting income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets
• Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews for the practice
• Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1s with all team members, performance managing

• Candidates must have prior experience working in Dentistry, ideally with a little management experience in practice
• However we are also open to considering experienced Nurses/Receptionists looking to make the next step
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in providing a fantastic patient experience
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times

• Highly competitive salary of £35-40K depending on experience & advanced qualifications – there may be scope for negotiation for the successful candidate
• Access to our in-house Practice Manager development course, giving you the skills to progress in your role

• GDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse – equivalent to circa £500 per year
