An established, family-founded multi-disciplinary practice based in Devizes is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
With over 50 years of industry presence, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Architectural and Building Surveying services across residential and commercial sectors.

Strong pipeline of secured work
Projects typically within 1-2 hours of Devizes The practice provides a wide range of services including project work, contract administration, cost consultancy, and professional building surveying advice.
The Role
Conduct measured surveys and prepare detailed reports
Manage project contracts, specifications, and tender documentation
Oversee cost control, budgeting, and quantity surveying (desirable)
Carry out contract administration and project management duties
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
The Person
Senior or Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS desirable)
Experience with in residential and/or commercial sectors
Strong contract administration and project delivery skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required Contact (url removed)
