Summary of WorkThis Temporary Maintenance Technician position will involve completing building and ground maintenance duties such as tree trimming, mowing, painting, fence repair, and gutter/downspout cleaning, as well as assisting with inventory tracking and storage. The role also includes minor preventive and repair maintenance on vehicles and equipment, parts runs, and shop assistance. Additional responsibilities include highway, roadway, and structure maintenance tasks such as roadway repairs, installing, repairing, and maintaining highway signs and guardrails.
You will operate power tools and other equipment to perform these duties, keep roadways clear of hazards like litter, waste, debris, and garbage, and assist with traffic control setup and flagging. All work will be performed while maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, coworkers, and others.
- Valid North Dakota Class D driver’s license.
Employment of the selected candidate will be contingent on satisfactorily completing the interview process and the required medical screening and reference check.
