Your mission
As a Software Engineer in our Telematics domain, you contribute to an established, production-grade system within a mature product landscape. You work on modular C#-based components within a modern web architecture and help continuously improve stability, maintainability, and technical quality.
Our teams follow a clear build-and-run approach. This means you take responsibility for the full lifecycle of your solutions — from design and implementation to deployment and operation in containerized AWS environments.
In this role, you combine solid backend and fullstack expertise with a strong engineering mindset, actively contribute to architectural decisions, and use modern development tools – including AI-supported tools – responsibly and critically.
Your Responsibilities
- You develop, extend, and integrate modular backend and fullstack components using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- You design and optimize REST APIs and integration interfaces within our product ecosystem.
- You work in a build-and-run model, supporting your solutions from implementation to stable operation in containerized AWS environments (Docker, ECS).
- You contribute to evolving scalable software architectures and actively participate in technical decision‑making.
- You develop and maintain modern web frontends using React, Type Script, and contemporary build tools such as Vite.
- You work with infrastructure-as-code and support the evolution of scalable AWS infrastructures.
- You ensure high code quality through automated testing, code reviews, security awareness, and clean documentation.
- You use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, refactoring, and analysis, while critically validating their outputs.
- You have solid professional experience in backend or fullstack development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- You have hands‑on experience designing REST APIs and working in modular software systems.
- You bring strong knowledge of SQL databases and data modeling.
- You have practical experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker) and ideally AWS services such as ECS.
- You are familiar with CI/CD processes and build pipelines.
- You work independently, take ownership of your components, and feel comfortable in a build-and-run environment.
- You value clean code, automated testing, security, and sustainable engineering practices.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English (minimum C1 level in both).
- A responsible role with purpose: our software products enable our customers to focus on improving the lives of their clients by giving them more time for care and support
- Exciting, challenging tasks in a dynamic, future-oriented environment
- Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model so that you can continue to organise your day flexibly
- A culture of appreciation and a harmonious working atmosphere in a growing, international company with opportunities to get involved
- A creative working environment, flat hierarchies and short decision‑making processes
- Attractive remuneration models, a permanent employment contract and an employer contribution to your company pension scheme
- Access to corporate benefits, Job Rad leasing and other mobility offers such as the fully financed Germany railway ticket
