The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager – DACH
, you will lead the brand proposition and campaign direction for Germany and Austria, working closely with the local Leadership Team and central Marketing functions to ensure alignment with DAZN Bet’s overall business strategy.
You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven digital marketing strategies that maximise brand awareness, conversion and long-term value. Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in positioning DAZN Bet as a leading interactive sports betting brand in the DACH market, while delivering responsible and engaging fan experiences.
This role is based in Munich.

- Define and own the local brand proposition and campaign strategy for Germany and Austria
- Plan, develop and execute creative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive growth
- Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, social, display and email
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI
- Own the SEO strategy, partnering with content and technical teams to improve organic visibility
- Collaborate with content, design and CRM teams to deliver engaging, localised marketing assets
- Use data, insights and analytics to optimise campaigns, conversion and personalisation
- Build strong relationships across DAZN and DAZN Bet to unlock new revenue opportunities
- Monitor market, consumer and competitor trends to identify and define growth opportunities
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within sports, entertainment or gaming / betting
- Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across acquisition and engagement funnels
- Commercial focus with a passion for driving growth, ROI and revenue outcomes
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented
- Passion for sport, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan behaviour
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, international and matrixed environments
- Knowledge of operating in regulated markets and advertising compliance is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
