Warehouse Manager

Job Description

• Operations Management:
  As the primary person responsible for the warehouse, organize and supervise the processes of receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping goods to ensure that operations meet standards and timeliness requirements.
• Personnel Management:
  Responsible for warehouse staff scheduling, training, performance tracking, and team building to improve employee stability and execution.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Implement safe operating procedures to ensure the warehouse complies with relevant regulations such as labor laws, fire safety, and hygiene.
• Cross-Departmental
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Maintain good communication with departments such as purchasing, customer service, and transportation, coordinate resources, and solve operational problems.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Regularly report operational data, analyze problems, and propose improvement suggestions.

• Experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, familiar with the local labor culture and warehousing processes.
• Team management skills, able to motivate employees and handle unexpected situations on-site.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and other tools.
• Cross-cultural communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in multilingual and multicultural environments.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Chinese, English, and the local language.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle peak season pressure, such as a surge in orders during promotional events.
