- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 as a pilot in the German Sales Organization and drive change and project management initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization.
- Lead and develop directly a Business Controller and indirectly an SSC Accounting team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Act as a business partner to local and regional stakeholders, delivering financial insights for decision‑making.
- Oversee financial reporting to the division/group, statutory and tax compliance, and financial accounting activities.
- Drive business and financial planning, budgeting, and analytics using SAP and BI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Professional certifications (CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) highly valued.
- Expertise in SAP ECC (FI/CO) or SAP S/4 R2R stream and COGNOS and Power BI.
- Profound experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles within a sales organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and German statutory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and German to communicate professionally on all hierarchical levels.
