Job Title: Supply Planner Non-BUE Factories

Location: Lainate – Via Clerici (Hybrid)
Contract type: Fixed - term (1 year), Full time

As a Supply Planner Non-BUE Factories, you’ll manage the end-to-end supply process for both internal and external suppliers. You’ll ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, maintain supply parameters, and continuously monitor production and delivery plans to guarantee service level and stock coverage targets are met.

You will also align closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage timelines, product phase-outs, and stock obsolescence while supporting overall business performance.

• Management of internal and external suppliers: monitoring production and delivery plans, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring supply continuity.
• Alignment with Marketing to ensure project timelines and communication of obsolescence related to product phase-outs.
• Support local P&D teams on issues related to service levels, stock coverage, and critical code communications.
• Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy.
• Support Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams regarding service level and stock coverage.
• Prepare and share a weekly supply report highlighting at-risk products and upcoming supply issues.

Required skills and experience:

• Previous experience as Production Planner / Supply Planner / Demand Planner
• Data analysis skills,
  advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions)
• Experience working with SAP HANA (especially MM and PP modules)
• Basic knowledge of MS PBI
• Experience with database tools (examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience working in FMCG environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy

Nice to have: completed studies in IT/data analysis or completed Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst courses

Nice to have: basics of programming in Python (or C++/ R), knowledge of SQL syntax
