Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities Site-Level Ownership & Execution

• Take full responsibility for production planning, material flow, logistics, and supply reliability at site level
• Actively work on the shopfloor and within planning/logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Stabilise and continuously improve production and material planning to support growth and compliance

• Strengthen the link between production, planning, and logistics, improving transparency and flow
• Identify, analyse, and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and planning instability
• Implement and maintain robust capacity planning and resource allocation

• Own supply-chain-related ERP processes, including master data quality and workflow optimisation
• Use data-driven approaches to improve planning accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage (not mandatory if operational strength is high)

• Participate in cross-site initiatives across the Orbus Neich group (planning alignment, standardisation, best practices)
• Collaborate with global supply chain teams on planning frameworks, system topics, and operational improvements

• Lead and develop 1 direct report covering planning/logistics/material functions
• Act as a key interface between operations, supply chain, and global stakeholders

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar
• Several years of experience in manufacturing-based supply chain roles
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical-grade polymers, specialty chemicals, food, or nutrition is welcome
• Strong understanding of regulated, process-driven environments
