Quality Control Inspector; m​/f​/d - Quantum Frontline Industries

As a Quality Control Inspector
, you will ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your role is critical in maintaining compliance with technical specifications and production standards for advanced UAV systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

• Inspect the quality of assemblies and completed operations according to checklists and technical documentation.

• Provide feedback to improve product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mark and label inspected products to confirm compliance.

• Record and maintain statistics on defects and failures.

• Verify conformity of products to established standards, technical conditions, and drawings.

• Assess raw materials and components, perform in-process inspections, and analyze equipment condition.

• Identify and document causes of defects and participate in resolving customer claims.

• Ability to work with measuring and testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and calipers.

• Solid understanding of modern electronics and component bases.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation: drawings, schematics, instructions, and test procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.

• Knowledge of technological processes and material properties.

• Skills in using control and measurement tools and reading technical drawings.

• Professional skills of communication in English or German
