• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations across multiple specialized departments
• Drive manufacturing process improvements to enhance quality, throughput, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement robust planning and scheduling methodologies to optimize production flow and resource utilization
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify gaps, and drive accountability
• Champion lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve value delivery across the organization
• Lead cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and delivery standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D to ensure seamless product development and industrialization
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in high‑tech manufacturing, preferably in optics, photonics, or laser systems
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale, vertically integrated operations
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, production planning, KPI systems, and cost optimization
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
