Global Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d) , to
lead the global product marketing strategy for our market-leading Cardiology PACS.

Choose the best place for your work
– Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You develop and continuously refine global product positioning, value proposition, and messaging for the Cardiology PACS.
  • You create market-oriented product messages tailored to different target audiences (cardiologists, IT leaders, hospital administration, procurement).
  • You analyze international market trends, the competitive landscape, and technological developments.
Customer Outcome Stories & Content Creation
  • You plan, execute, and publish customer outcome stories, case studies, success stories, video interviews, and clinical use cases.
  • You coordinate collaboration with clinical users to showcase measurable results (e.g., efficiency gains, improvements in diagnostic quality, workflow optimization).
  • You create high-quality marketing content: whitepapers, presentations, playbooks, sales enablement kits, website content, and campaign materials.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
  • You maintain close collaboration with the sales team to identify market needs, success factors, and new value-driven messages.
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing global launch strategies for releases and new product features.
  • You ensure the creation and delivery of sales tools (pitch decks, battle cards, ROI arguments, competitive analyses).
  • You conduct training and coaching sessions for sales and presales teams.
Stakeholder Management
  • You ensure close collaboration with product management, clinical consultants, and regional marketing teams.
  • You support congresses, webinars, KOL programs, and customer events.
  • You coordinate cooperation with external agencies (content, video, design).
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Medical Technology, Health Economics, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in product marketing, ideally in medical imaging, PACS, cardiology, or clinical IT.
  • We also welcome applicants with a Bachelor’s degree combined with additional professional experience in this area.
  • You have solid experience in creating customer references, outcome stories, or clinical content.
  • You possess good knowledge of the healthcare market (hospital structures, decision-making processes, reimbursement).
  • You have proven experience of working with global sales teams.
Your attributes and skills:
  • With your fluent English skills, you navigate confidently in our international environment;
    German skills are an advantage.
  • You analyze complex market and competitive data precisely and derive strategic actions from them.
  • You excel at compelling storytelling and can communicate clinical content clearly and effectively.
  • You communicate confidently and present content professionally - both internally and externally.
  • You think strategically, successfully implement go-to-market concepts, and position products effectively.
  • You work proactively, are internationally connected, and enjoy direct customer interaction as well as intercultural collaboration.
