Full Stack Engineer

EMMA International is a leading global management consulting firm. As we continue to scale, we are investing in building a proprietary AI-powered internal platform designed to enhance intelligence, efficiency, and strategic growth across our organization.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants ownership, impact, and long-term growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a foundational build.

You will work directly with executive leadership to architect, design, and develop an intelligent platform powered by modern engineering and AI capabilities. Your decisions will shape the system from day one.

• Architect and build a full stack platform from scratch
• Design backend services, APIs, and database structures
• Develop intuitive dashboards and modern user experiences
• Integrate AI APIs and intelligent automation capabilities
• Build scalable systems that handle structured and unstructured data
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure
• Help define long-term product and technical strategy

• 3 to 7+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience building REST APIs and working with databases
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong system architecture and product thinking
• Genuine curiosity and passion for AI and automation
• Comfort working in a high-ownership, small team environment
