Full Stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a Contract job with a client in Detroit, MI
. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Type Script, Python, Postgre

SQL, and modern UI frameworks
, with experience in migrating React components to Next.js.

Rate Range: $41.67/hour to $53.03/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Audit and refactor existing React components to align with Next.js architecture.
• Migrate styles from Chakra UI, MUI, Ant Design to Tailwind
  
  CSS and Shadcn Radix UI.
• Update routing logic from React Router to Next.js file-based routing.
• Refactor drag-and-drop features and modernize forms and validation.
• Port Okta authentication flows to Next.js with SSR/SSG compatibility.
• Integrate file/image handling (Excel, Word, images) with backend technologies.
• Expand application functionality with new pages, workflows, and advanced UI features.
• Enhance APIs including OpenAI and Team Mate integrations.
• Extend AWS Aurora Postgre
  
  SQL backend with new tables, views, and schemas.
• Maintain code quality tools (ESLint, Prettier), build systems, and deployment pipelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes).
• Strong proficiency in Type Script and Python.
• Experience deploying applications to AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM).
• Familiarity with Tailwind
  
  CSS, Shadcn Radix UI, Redux Toolkit, React Query.
• Hands-on experience with Okta authentication and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Express, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience migrating UI components and styles between libraries.
• Knowledge of theming, animations, and advanced UI features.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and native module management.
• Experience with file/image handling libraries and rich text editing tools.

Pay Details: $41.67 to $53.03 per hour
