We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Drone Partner Network Manager to recruit, onboard, and manage drone pilot partners across multiple markets. This role is key to ensuring high-quality inspections by maintaining a skilled, reliable, and scalable drone pilot network. The ideal candidate has experience in drone operations, partner management, and business development with a strong ability to build long-term relationships and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Recruitment & Network Expansion:
Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified drone pilots and drone service providers in key markets. - Develop and execute strategies to grow the global drone partner network
, ensuring adequate coverage in high-demand regions. - Conduct discovery calls to assess potential drone partners' skills, experience, and suitability for Inspekt AI inspections.
- Implement training programs (e.g., Drone Pilot Academy) to ensure partners meet Inspekt AI’s operational and quality standards
. - Oversee pilot certification and standard operating procedures for inspections, image capture, and data submission.
- Work closely with the operations to provide drone partners with necessary resources and guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with active drone pilots
, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction. - Monitor pilot performance and feedback
, implementing improvement plans when necessary. - Coordinate regular communication, incentives, and growth opportunities to keep drone partners motivated.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely assignment and scheduling of drone pilots for inspection projects.
- Support partners with troubleshooting, operational queries, and compliance requirements
. - Ensure compliance with local drone regulations and industry best practices.
- Track key network performance metrics
, including pilot availability, inspection success rates, and partner retention. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the drone partner network.
- Work closely with product and tech teams to provide feedback on drone-related tools and automation enhancements.
- 3+ years of experience in drone operations, partner management, or business development
, preferably in the inspection, construction, or aerial imaging industries
. - Strong knowledge of drone technology, regulations, and operational best practices
. - Experience in recruiting, training, and managing external partners or service providers
. - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and data analysis
. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones and travel as needed.
