We are currently searching for a Field Service Technician, reporting to a Territory Field Supervisor. This role offers a chance to make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will:

• Resonate with our mission, vision, and values and foster a culture of accountability.
• Leverage 7+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, flooring, masonry, EIFS, welding, and advanced structural repairs, along with a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification.
• Demonstrate proven mechanical aptitude, proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with minimal direct supervision.
• Complete service tickets in a designated territory cost‑consciously, with high quality and timeliness.
• Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff.
• Display high professionalism and cooperative attitude with employees and customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
• Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
• Work a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel.
• Provide reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a toolbox suitable for the job.
• Use technology, industry‑specific software, mobile apps, and digital tools to complete work orders and document service activities.
• Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
