This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for hands-on support, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining equipment or technical systems. Duties may also include conducting inspections, performing diagnostics, documenting findings, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and industry standards.

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment or systems
• Ability to conduct diagnostics, inspections, and identify technical issues effectively
• Proficiency in installation and operational processes for mechanical or electronic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for keeping accurate records and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to follow procedures to ensure compliance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work with other technicians and staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training are preferred
• Previous experience in a technical, maintenance, or related role is a plus
