Lead Electrical Technician

SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

Job Function:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to work on commercial construction. This role you'll play a vital part in installing wiring and maintaining electrical systems for new and existing buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that our projects are completed safely, efficiently and up to code, making a direct impact on the success of each project.

• Install wire and connect electrical systems in commercial construction projects.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, electrical plans and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and national electrical codes.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.

• Holds a valid MI Journeyman Electrician License.

• OSHA 10 is a plus but is not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch and climb for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, lifts and elevated platforms.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces such as ceilings, mechanical rooms and utility shafts.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs of tools, materials and equipment.
• Ability to perform overhead work and maintain awkward or static positions for extended periods.
• Ability to use hand and power tools requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and small print labels.
