Outside Service Tech

This is a full-time on-site role located in Detroit, MI for an Outside Service Tech. As an Outside Service Tech, you will perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, carry out field service visits, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Your role will involve traveling to customer locations and working hands-on to support and resolve customer needs promptly and effectively.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment and machinery
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting equipment to identify and resolve issues
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site evaluations and repairs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of or experience in the repair of electric motors, cranes, hoists, or compressors is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is required for this role
