Security Officer - Courthouse Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter areas as directed by post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating disputes and coordinating with site personnel and/or public responders as needed.;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit by checking credentials, directing foot traffic, and documenting unauthorized access attempts.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts, and help to identify conditions that may lead to security-related concerns.
