Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, clergy, contractors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.;
Control access at designated entrances by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, managing visitor logs and credentials, and directing individuals to approved areas.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; report irregular activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disputes, and/or building evacuations, and document events in written reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry, identify hazards such as unsecured doors or restricted areas, and assist with crowd flow during services, meetings, and/or special events.
