• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit, verifying identification and permissions for all individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the site.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and vendors, providing assistance and direction as needed while maintaining a presence at access control points.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following all site-specific guidelines and instructions.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
