Who We Are

Explico delivers premium scientific and engineering services in accident reconstruction, biomechanics, human factors, and visualization, including railroad, fire & explosion, mechanical failure analysis, and marine accident reconstruction. We analyze evidence using industry‑accepted tools and techniques combined with state‑of‑the‑art technology with a goal of conveying our findings in simple, concise terms.

Internships and co‑op opportunities focus on real‑world experience in our industry. Interns will work on projects such as research, testing, and technical reference management. Co‑ops will assist the Accident Reconstruction team on projects in the Novi, Michigan office during spring or fall sessions.

We accept internship applications year‑round. Internships are paid and available at our locations in Englewood, Colorado and Novi, Michigan, with starting pay ranging from $20‑$30 an hour.

Positions are available in our Novi, Michigan office for both spring and fall.

• Currently pursuing, or already completed, a degree in a related field
• Bonus: research experience

• Comfortable in Mac OS X and Windows 10
• Microsoft Office

Temporary employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked. Employees may participate in Explico’s 401(k) plan, which includes a company match, if eligible. We emphasize teamwork, mutual respect, and a culture of continuous improvement.
