We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a HUNTER responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, lead generation, and business development strategies. This role requires someone internally driven toward customer service with the ability to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities- Cover Michigan and Northern Ohio portion of territory.
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling and follow-up communications to generate leads.
- Conduct product demos to showcase our product solutions and demonstrate their value to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Proven experience and successful track record in sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and drive with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficient in conducting product demonstrations that engage customers and highlight key features.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000 per year base salary plus commissions. $150k - $350k per year potential income with commissions.
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr
