This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager responsible for the DH Floors and TRUCOR brands, located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Territory Manager will oversee and grow sales with existing accounts, develop new business within their assigned territory, and understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering engaging product presentations, and achieving sales goals.

Additionally, the Territory Manager will provide market insights and collaborate closely with internal teams for strategic business development.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of product presentation and marketing strategies for high-end residential and commercial products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to work independently, develop leads, and achieve sales targets
• Experience in the flooring industry or related field is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent professional experience
