Controls Account Executive
Detroit, MI - Controls-Only Contractor
Responsibilities- Prior experience in a Controls Salesperson/Outside Sales role.
- Procuring new clients and attracting new business.
- Experience with developing business in both construction and service operations.
- Engage with contractors, engineers, and end users for Project based development.
- Visit current customers and prospect new clients.
- Gather and validate project specifications, and responsibilities to ensure all the customer requirements are met.
- Expand sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and execute strategies for building automation services and controls products.
- Experience working closely with project vendors and bidding on projects.
