Overview

Everyone gets a deal on their first day. World class leads keep your income flowing in any market. Our average loan amount is $415,000 – the higher the loan amount, the higher the commission. You will never lose a deal to a competitor because of pricing—we have dozens of wholesale lenders to work with. In the past, we’ve done all‑expense paid office trips to places like Costa Rica, Miami, the Bahamas, etc.

Monday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and Friday till 5:00 pm

• After six months, qualify for a promotion to a Team Lead position, where you’ll actively coach, train, and manage a dedicated group of Mortgage Loan Officers.
• In this role, you earn residual income—a fixed percentage of each team member’s closed loan.

• Honesty. This is a critical personality trait we look for. Without honesty, we can’t evaluate employee shortcomings and offer ways to improve, which means you won’t grow to your full potential.
• Strong work ethic. We don’t micromanage, but that’s because we only recruit salespeople who are self‑driven. You won’t work long hours, but you are expected to make every second count while you are on the clock.
• The ability to cope with negativity well. In sales, only the strong survive and thrive, so you must be able to handle negativity well. Truth is, selling doesn’t start until you hear the first no!
• Experience: must have at least 6 months of mortgage sales experience.

• Former UWM Account Executives
• Former Rocket Loan Officers, especially President’s Club Bankers
• Military Veterans with Mortgage Experience
• Anyone with at least 12 months of mortgage sales experience or more
