Sales Representative - Paid Relocation to Cincinnati - $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Pay:
Base salary $50,000–$55,000 per year with commission and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Your actual pay will depend on experience and performance.

Location:

Cincinnati, Ohio. TQL will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati for training, and again for any of our 60+ nationwide offices once you build a solid book of business.

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your own account book and use training to meet sales metrics.
• Become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
