Loan Officers listen, build rapport, analyze financial situations, and recommend the most appropriate financial solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.

• Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to close deals and negotiate.
• Ability to handle high volume of phone calls.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience preferred.
