Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients in the Detroit‑Livonia‑Dearborn area to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our mission.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and increase brand awareness.
  • Utilize our comprehensive training resources to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Track and report your sales activities and progress, using data to refine your approach and achieve targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Attend all virtual and live trainings as well as team meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow‑ups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license as well as a working, reliable vehicle.
  • Able to commute within a 50‑mile radius to meet with clients.
Compensation

Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
