Entry-Level Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our sales team in a high-volume cold calling environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are resilient, competitive, and eager to build a career in sales through consistent outbound prospecting and customer engagement.

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Deliver clear, confident sales pitches over the phone
• Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally
• Schedule appointments or close sales during initial calls when possible
• Maintain accurate call activity and lead notes in the CRM system
• Consistently meet or exceed daily call quotas and sales targets

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to conversations naturally

• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience
