Salary$75,000 base salary plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000
Job SummaryOur client is seeking a motivated and professional Territory Sales Representative to join its Field Sales team. This role focuses on both new business development and account management, providing the opportunity to represent a leading wellness brand and drive revenue growth while building strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities- Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide market feedback on trends and competitor activity
- Conduct customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standards
Manage complex sales cycles and present tailored solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Territory Sales or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven success in solution-based selling and managing complex deals
- Strong consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems;
Salesforce knowledge is a plus - Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and a customer-first mindset
