The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will build strong relationships, manage client accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The right person will collaborate closely with colleagues and engage with clients through meetings and calls. Your role is crucial in driving client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Five or more years in a relevant industry’s account management.
- Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail.
- Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation.
- Experience in managing client accounts within the insurance industry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Strong communication skills to conduct meetings and calls, providing tailored solutions to client needs.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing accounts, driving business expansion.
- Experience in collaborating closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Able to commute within a 50-mile radius.
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
