The Regional Manager position is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to exceed sales goals within a defined sales territory.
Responsibilities- Hire, develop, and lead a region of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals for our ergonomic workplace solutions.
- Advance the sales process by assisting the Sales team with individual sales opportunities within the identified region in support of team and/or own client base.
- Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations.
- Implement established corporate policies, procedures, strategies and manage the sales budget.
- Complete sales activity, pending business and 30-60-90 Day forecast reports.
- Observe and participate in sales calls and strategy sessions with all team members for sales development and coaching purposes.
- Utilize resources for strategic selling.
- Assess sales representative skill sets to create and maintain individual development plans.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all Humanscale’s products.
- Territory travel as required.
- Any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 10 years minimum industry experience.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Extensive network with market influencers.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- MSTeams / Zoom

Salary Range: $119,842 - $174,803
In addition to the salary there is a variable pay component. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline. Humanscale considers other factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market location and business considerations when extending an offer.
