• Lead, grow, and manage Engineering, Manufacturing, and IoT solutions for industrial machinery customers, including manufacturing transformation, edge‑to‑cloud IoT platforms, and full product lifecycle management services.
• Build strong relationships with senior client executives, IT and business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor account performance, conduct business reviews, and expand service footprint across strategic accounts.
• Drive account mining activities, identify new opportunities, and manage sales cycles to closure, positioning IoT and Digital Engineering services effectively.
• Develop account maps, identify high‑potential opportunities, and collaborate on go‑to‑market strategies with technical and sales leadership.
• Represent the organization at industry events and enhance visibility through thought leadership and client engagement.

• Strong domain expertise in the process manufacturing value chain for industries such as Chemicals, Plastics & Rubber, Pulp & Paper, Paints & Adhesives.
• Proven experience in account management and client relationship building in the US region.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Deep understanding of process manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in positioning offerings, developing proposals, value propositions, business cases, and structuring complex deals.
• Strong technical acumen with consultative selling skills.
• Ability to understand market and customer needs and collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative industry solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
