As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in licensing if needed).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
  • Additional compensation:
    Annual Bonus and Commission
  • Compensation details:
    The range is provided by Lee James Life, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter for more information.
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client sale.
