Job Description: As a Merchandiser at Faygo Beverages, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and accessibility of our products in various retail environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that Faygo products are prominently displayed, correctly priced, and well-stocked to meet consumer demand. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales and building brand loyalty.

• Merchandising Execution: Implement merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales within assigned retail locations. This includes arranging product displays, setting up promotional materials, and ensuring proper product placement according to company guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with store managers or supervisors to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Coordinate restocking activities and replenish shelves as needed to prevent stockouts and optimize sales opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with store personnel, including managers and staff, to foster collaboration and support in achieving merchandising objectives. Provide product knowledge and training to store employees to enhance their ability to promote Faygo products effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on Faygo product displays and signage to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Address any issues promptly and communicate feedback to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Data Reporting: Collect and report relevant data, such as sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends, to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize merchandising tactics and drive sales growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in merchandising or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation and product display.
• Proficiency in using technology, including handheld devices and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
