Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Retail Warehouse Porters to join our team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Warehouse Porter, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality control.

• Perform transfers of products and merchandise to and from the warehouse
• Receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and ensure proper storage of delivered products and merchandise; perform physical inventory as needed
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures
• Ensure the security of company assets

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• One year of warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility; requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift.
• Exposure to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season
