• Sales:
  Set daily and weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve agreements, monitor results.
• Account Management:
  Oversee collections, follow up on accounts requiring manager intervention.
• Leadership:
  Achieve profit goals, manage resources, ensure compliance, protect assets, handle inventory, cash, security, and resolve issues.
• Coworker Management:
  Provide training, schedule activities, recruit and hire, retain staff, and train in customer service.

• 3 – 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy, proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – Company vehicles will be used.
