Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year

• Manage all Front of House and Back of House Activities
• Lead and develop the team
• Implement systems and processes
• Oversee merchandising and displays
• Handle office management tasks
• Forecast and budget for the restaurant
• Problem solve

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership
• Minimum 1 year in full‑service restaurant with bar management
• Experience in a management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management
• Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office and POS systems
• Effective organizational skills to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers, and direct reports
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
