Burger King Restaurant General Manager at GPS Hospitality – Leading the operation of a high‑volume restaurant while meeting quality, service and cleanliness standards. The role includes performance‑based bonus, full‑time schedule and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities- (P&L) Hit sales and profit budgets every period.
- (Systems) Execute accurate projections and schedules while covering all shifts.
- (Safety) Maintain a safe and clean restaurant.
- (People) Hire, train, and coach a service‑obsessed crew and shift leaders.
- (Accounting) Apply tight restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management.
- Provide outstanding service and satisfy guests.
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems for high‑quality operations.
- Maintain safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Work all shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night & weekends) and at least one full weekend each period.
- Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety, and cash policies.
- Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Implement marketing promotions and company policies.
- Develop assistant managers and manager trainees.
- 3-5 years of general manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high‑volume setting.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the US.
- Serv Safe certification preferred.
