- Be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners; monitor performance and adjust as needed.
- Ensure positive guest service; investigate and resolve complaints within 24 hours and convert dissatisfied guests to return guests.
- Drive top-line sales and profitability.
- Adapt to fast-moving situations with problem-solving and resourcefulness.
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Current Serv Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential functions (standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, walking long distances).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.
- Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable; combination of practical experience and education considered.
- Proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Willingness to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment; schedule determined by business needs.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and Mathematics.
