Location:

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW).

• $52,000 - $55,000 / year + quarterly and year‑end bonus

• Manage all front of house and back of house activities.
• Lead and develop team.

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership.
• Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including executives, union representatives and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
