Assist with the complete catering setup in accordance with banquet event order (BEO);
Accurately transport food and beverages to guests in a timely manner;
Perform necessary tasks to service guests including, but not limited to, filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes;
Notify guests of food and beverage preparation techniques and have knowledge of menu offerings;
Replenish food on buffet lines.
