Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Performs all tasks related to beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with established standards and procedures.

• Take drink orders from guests
• Obtain drinks from station
• Garnish and ice drinks as necessary
• Serve beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors
• Maintain a clean station at all times
• Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations
• Follow all check settlement and Casino floor beverage control procedures
• Promote good guest relations and always accommodate any reasonable request
• Complete tasks dictated by the Supervisor/Team Leader on duty
• Other job-related duties as requested

• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Ability to handle cash and accurately make change
• Ability to communicate in all aspects of the English language
• Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures
