General Manager – McDonald’s Restaurant (Independent Franchisee)

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annual base.
PLUS bonus program up to $1,000 per month based on performance.

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Lead hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build and maintain a strong team.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products for its restaurant. The franchisee is a separate company and separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired for this position, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA.
